Why is "Crown-me" is a sole proprietorship?

- Easy to start up
- Subject to fewer regulations relative to other types of business
- Me-- the owner, has full autonomy with regard to business decisions
- Me-- the owner, takes ALL profits of the business
- A sole proprietorship does not have to be concerned with double taxation, as a corporate entity would.
- Quick decision making process without opposition
- The owner has total control, and I like that.
